PODCASTING/VO EDITORIAL
EAST WIND RADIO POCAST
Position: Editor/Recordist
This podcast utilized me as the host featuring the band Silent Scenes at the Village Green. During the podcast I interviewed the talent and even recorded a session along with them.
Editorial involved me adding in music cues (using their own music) to create transitions and promote their work.
Position: Recordist/Editor
ANIMAL FARM
Edited and recorded first chapter of Animal Farm by George Orwell. Utilized D6 command board, AKG 414 Microphone, and Protools Ultimate to edit and deliver project. Edited out pauses and stutters to create seamless reading.
THE MUSICAL COLOR WHEEL
Position: Director/Editor
This project was my Final for color theory. I attempted merging color theory with music theory, by combining the color wheel with the Circle of Fifths. Each note represents one color, and each chord represents a different color triad. The 2 wheels are simply there to help everyone visualize what is being played and how it correlates with colors.
The original score along with the combination of music and color theory demonstrates my passion for music composition and editing. I love finding new and unique ways of applying music to our everyday lives.

ONOMATO
Position: Sound Supervisor/Creative Director
This was a film that I initially pitched to my friend as a commercial for the new clothing line he was about to launch. The idea of the film was to create a line of products that represent the sound that you make when you crash, otherwise known as onomatopoeias. As Sound Supervisor I wanted to create a fun and goofy feel that fit the vibe of the brand. Throughout the film, you can hear numerous effects that are more there to make the audience laugh than anything else.
Position: Sound Supervisor
BEHANCE
This project was a collaboration with a group of Motion Media Students. Primarily my work included editing in sound effects and mixing the end product together.
To nail down timing and I used Pitch n’ Time as my primary plug in. This allowed me to create warped effects without creating any audio artifacts.
Director: Jayson Hahn.
JOE RUSS DEMO REEL
Position: Sound Editor
Joe approached me wanting to enhance his film reel with some fresh sound effects. Originally the Reel only had recorded dialogue. I saw this as a great opportunity to practice emphasizing cuts in line with the music. In the project you can here a variety of timed effects that lie perfectly with the song On The Sea by Beach House.
Director: Joe Russ
Position: Sound/Music Editor
HAHN DEMO REEL
This was a side project I did for a friend in exchange for having my logo animated. The goal was to engage the audience through sound and music. I wanted to create numerous “wow” moments that matched the stunning visuals provided by Jayson.
The song called Still Feel by Half Alive and features a simple drum track with funky bass and lyrics. To fit the length of the Reel numerous cuts had to be made to bring the 4-minute song down to 1 minute.
Director: Jayson Hahn.

Our Design Challenge was to create a “home” for the Fifa Men’s World Cup coverage that exudes the personality of modern Qatar while projecting to an American Audience an instant connection to the host country.
My role in the project was Sound Lead. I was in charge of implementing the project’s audio through Wwise and Unreal.
ODYSSEY
Position: Foley Artist
A crowd Funded Fan Film, that was shot in the Savannah area and at Tybee Island. I was on a team with two other Foley Artists. Since we were trying to replicate the feel of the Star Wars Universe we stayed true to the Sky Walker Studios approach to Foley. This Film also went on to win 2 Student Emmy Awards. One being for Sound Design.
Director: Mark Alex Voght Sound Supervisor: Ryan Sullivan

Position: Sound Supervisor
This film follows the perspective of one person as he navigates the troubles of life from birth, to his parent’s divorce, to marriage, then finally to have a son and the cycle starts again. Upon hearing this pitch the director mentioned that the entire film would be shot in a Point of View perspective to fully immerse the audience in the space of our main character James.
To match the first-person perspective we used binaural audio to coincide with James’s point of view. We did this by utilizing a Sennheiser AMBEO VR microphone on set. In post we then broke these files down to Binaural using the plugin Sound Field by Rode. To add additional effects I used the Facebook 360 Spatialization Plugins combined with reaper to help keep the space active and alive. These tools helped me up-mix mono sound effects with ease by giving me the tools to pan the effects around the listener while I watched the film.
